Artist's Series
Sentinel
Like military sentrys these vertical vessels are inspired by the dry stacked stone walls that line roads - flint stone in particular has wonderful faceted surfaces that are crisp, hard, masculine while simultainously flowing sensual and organic.

Out of Many
Jamaica's national motto ‘out of many one people’ inspired a series of minature heads mounted on stone or wood.  This series exhibited at the National Gallery represents cliches of our diverse ethnic population.

Fruit of our Culture
I am Jamaican.  A few years after returning home from an inspirational working experience in Japan, I needed to explore what for me is indiginous.  The exhibition included furniture, sculpted slabs of wood integrating wood fired clay into human scaled sculptures. See article in publications.
